The Women's Register is a coordinating body for the advancement of women in leadership positions as well as a coordinating body for companies and organisations that want to share best practices in the area of gender diversity.

Vision

The Women’s Register promotes and supports women leaders in the Public, Private and Non-Profit sectors with a particular focus on board member diversity. It is our vision that the large community of untapped professionally qualified women in Singapore become valued and sought after voices in our boardrooms.

Mission

The Women’s Register aims to realise its vision by building awareness of the benefits of gender diversity in the top levels of management, and creating a vibrant community where we can share best practices in the area of gender diversity. We are developing resources and building bridges for women, whether they are ready now or in a few years time, to step into the boardroom.
